At Riverview Towers, we offer a dining experience which serves as an important part of our resident’s daily social experience. Dinner is served by our friendly staff, in our comfortable and well appointed Main Dining Room. Our chef offers a variety of selections to meet your dietary needs.· We always welcome your suggestions and encourage you to save room for dessert!

Congregate Housing Services

A variety of services to assist residents with activities of daily living, to facilitate a quality living experience.

Service Coordination

Social workers assist residents and their families with locating, applying for and implementing needed services and benefits.

Housekeeping and Laundry

Housekeeping aides provide housekeeping and laundry services weekly,biweekly and monthly for a moderate fee.

Exercises Classes

Exercise instructors provide classes in chair exercises, weight lifting, tai chi and stretching weekly.

Medical Screenings·

We believe in “Safety First.” An R.N. from the JAA Centers for Rehabilitation offers a screening of each resident to reveal any medical and physical unmet needs followed by a suggested care plan.

Blood Pressure Clinic

A registered nurse conducts biweekly clinics, known as “Ask a Nurse”.

Flu Shot Clinic

An annual flu shot clinic for the residents is conducted by the Squirrel Hill Health Center.

Programs & Activities

At Riverview Towers, we offer a rewarding and satisfying lifestyle. Our schedule is filled with music, education programs and outings.Local musicians, artists, craftsmen and lecturers provide social and recreational opportunities to the residents. Outings to local restaurants, shopping malls, cultural district theatres and museums are planned for the residents’ enjoyment.

Paid Utilities

At Riverview Towers there aren't any surprises or monthly add-ons. Aside from your monthly individual telephone service and cable television all of your monthly expenses, including utilities and property taxes are included in a very affordable rent payment.

Common Areas which Build Community

Our residents can converse with friends and family in one of our many common areas. You can even watch a great movie on our large screen TV. Join in a board game or challenging game of cards or entertain with family and friends. We also have a Library and Computer Area for your private use.

In addition to an array of vending machines, Riverview Towers’ residents operate our small convenience store. Our Convenience Store is just that, covering all of your essential needs just a few short steps from your apartment.
